In week seven on a Wednesday the famous "International Night" is held. It is usually in the Atrium which is at the entrance to the Jefferson (Main Entrance of Academy). International Night is quite a festivity. Suffice it to say you will never experience this again unless you go to a private night at Epcot with over 200 of your closest friends and FBI NA Staff.
On this evening all of the International students showcase their countries best food and drink. The local embassies even help out and the best from all over the world is brought in. You will try foods and drinks you never knew existed and some that make these nations famous. The International students even dress in their countries clothing to make it special as they serve you.
Plan on consuming about 3000 calories, not counting drink. The event lasts into the late night hours and the next day the whole NA is dragging. Hope you don't have PT in the morning! Below are some pictures from our International Night. Notice the eggs. They are raw with the bird carcus still inside. We went through three trays of them and they are considered a delicacy in the Philippines.
